I have some of her older DVD's which I use when I am unable (or unwilling) to get out. I have some health issues which prevent me from doing some of her more intense workouts. However, as I am getting better, I plan to gradually do more. At the current time I am working on the one mile level.

I am looking forward to the motivation that this team provides and getting to know its members better.

Hi, am new to this team, but not new to Leslie Sansone. I think I even have one of her VHS tapes- that's how long I have been following her. It's always been my go to when I want to enjoy exercise. I recently bought a DVD of party tunes and remembered why I liked this so much. I don't feel like I am exercising. I decided to see is SP had a team and found this one.
The welcoming emails just show me I've made the right choice. Looking forward to meeting other team members.
