Welcome! I've been using Leslie's dvds for years and I love her!

Which dvd do you like the best: hard to pick just one, but I like the Tone Every Zone walk because it incorporates strength training.

How often do you do the dvds: It varies for me because I also ride a recumbent bike and do Jessica Smith dvds.

Sticking with it: Just keep going. :) I set a weekly goal of 150 exercise minutes (the CDC's recommendation). That way, if I miss a day (or even two), all is not lost. I have a Fitbit that keeps track of my minutes for me, but if you don't have an activity tracker, you could easily keep track on a whiteboard, in a notebook, or even on a scrap piece of paper.

Hang in there!

Hello everyone! I'm a teacher and this summer I vowed to finally buckle down and get in shape. The first three days of my vacation, I walked from my home to the town library (3 miles). On the fourth day, I was bored and unmotivated. For July, I've been taking leisurely walks here and there.

I started Leslie Sansone's video yesterday. I did one 1-mile walk in the morning and one 1-mile walk in the evening. I've done 1-mile so far today. I will do another this evening.

I have to tell you that this workout seems easy, but the next day, my muscles are aching.

I think I've finally found an exercise that I like.

I'm borrowing all of Leslie's dvds from the library so that I can vary my workouts and see which one I like the best.

Which dvd do you like the best?

How often do you do the dvds?

If you can give me any tips to stick with it, I'd appreciate it.
