Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it's a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they're terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul

Hi, I am pretty new to the eat clean style myself. As far as yogurt goes I used to eat dannon light and fit and yoplait light too. I now use plain greek style yogurt and add a teaspoon of honey, diced up apple (or you could use another fruit) and a tablespoon of walnuts. It is very yummy!

Hi! I am sort of new to eating clean...I want to eat less processed foods in my diet, but I am not sure how far I want to take it.
I know that there are horrible chemicals in processed foods, but I hate to put labels such as good or bad or restrict foods because that makes me just want them more...
Also, I don't have a health food food store, I can't get the special bread to eat Clean and have been told that my bread is "dirty" emoticon

However, I have been reducing the amount of bread I eat. I've been eating salads now at lunch instead of a sandwich...
Oh, and I used to eat the flavored yogurts (like Dannon or Yoplait) but have cut that out since March due to the HFCS and the chemicals and sugar in it. Instead, I had been experimenting with plain yogurt and mixing it with things like fruit, and making smoothies...but I don't think I like it that way so I will just find something else to eat.

So...I am interested in learning what I could eat if I ate "clean"
