I just decided this week that I would like to do a triathlon next summer! Any tips for getting ready? I'm starting with a sprint in mind as I've never done a triathlon before.

Hi, I joined this team to get more involved with people that are into Tri's. For the past several years I have walked in half and full marathons. I really like these but they are not a challenge any more. I came across an email that was advertising a local Triathlon and its sparked an interest. I have looked over several in my area and picked an all womens super sprint for Aug. 22. I am now a member of gym so I use the pool, weights and classes. I am so excited to try something new.

I hope everyone has a nice week and I look forward to getting to know others.
