Welcome to the team. I'm a major noob. Although I have a good background in running, I am slowly incorporating swimming, biking and strength training. My biggest fear is burnout. What do you have planned for the year?

I'm new to spark people and this team and as a triathlete, I hope to learn more and teach some of what I know to newbies.

The triathlon I competed in was a 750m swim, 13mi. bike, and a 3mi run... pretty simple sprint distance. I've also participated in a charity swim where I swam 1 mile total.

Hope to get to know you guys better...

Good luck and remember - take it easy on the swim, peddle fast and run like hell. =)
