Try changing things up, If you're eating the same amount every day at the same time of day and do the same exercise every day your body adapts to do everything more efficiently. You've got to keep suprising your body. I do a couple of days cycling, a couple of days swimming, 1 day of badminton and 1 day of pilates and mix them up. Try eating more in the mornings when your metabolism is usually at it's highest and less in your later meals.

Make sure you're getting ENOUGH calories. Our bodies go into starvation mode if you don't eat enough and can have a backwards effect. If you use the Nutrition & Fitness trackers it will suggest a calorie range for your fitness activities.

Good luck!!

Welcome back! We all reach plateaus from time to time. Try changing up your exercise routine, cross training every other day. Try new physical activities and get your heart rate up above normal for about 30 continuous minutes. I join a variety of teams of interest that have daily challenges to push me past my comfort zone. I invite you to visit my SparkPage. Good luck!
