One other tip that I'll pass along from my sister-in-law. Put everything you PLAN to eat into your tracker BEFORE you eat it. That can help you decide just how badly you want to eat it or how it fits into your nutrition plan.

well you've come to the right place. you've joined a great team with people who are here to help you in your health journey.

everyones chemistry is different. people who can eat anything and not gain weight have no concept of what we go through. so try this,

first throw out all the junk food in your house.

then Use the food tracker. input everything that goes into your mouth. stay within your calorie range. watch portion size, keep healthy snacks on hand. apple, celery, etc. exercise. you must burn more calories than you eat.

exercising is key. I hope this helps

I want to camp, hike, fish, cycle, play tennis, play outdoor games like frisbee, croquet, and ladder ball. My husband kind of does.
I just need that big 'push' to actually make it happen.
Fortunately we are starting off strong, camping Memorial Day weekend, and I'm SO bringing my hiking boots!
I am hoping this team will challenge me and push me, and I hope I can do the same for you!

Someday is TODAY!
