Welcome! Don't let this place overwhelm you... there is so much to do here you might feel that way at first. Baby steps will get you to your goals. My suggestion is to pick something new to explore everyday, make sure you get 10 minutes of exercise daily, and drink plenty of water. Don't stress about anything else. It takes time to change your lifestyle, and you want to learn at your own pace.


Getting started is only part of the journey, the rest is never giving up, no matter what!!! -JH

Hello everyone. I am brand spanking new at this and I am wading through a little at a time. My name is Linville and I enjoy all things outdoors. I have two grown daughters, four grandchildren ranging in age from 6 to 18 and my wife and I have adopted a sipling group of three ranging in age from 7 to 12. We are both professionals and lead a very busy life. I am 58 and it is very important to me to get in shape and stay in shape for my children's sake, and my own. I live in Berea, KY. I guess that is enough for right now.
