I start out strong but always end up backsliding toward old habits (a cocktail here, a soda there; an oreo here, some ice cream there). Instead of continual weight loss, I either stay at my undesirable weight, or I gain a few more pounds each yr. I have the tools at home. I have the athletic stamina. I lack the willpower, combined with good eating habits. I lack the discipline to get 'er done. So, with the help of SparkPeople, I may just succeed this year and going forward. I will start slow...drink 8-8oz glasses of water and eat fruit or veggies everyday.
