everyones chemistry is different. people who can eat anything and not gain weight have no concept of what we go through. so try this,

first throw out all the junk food in your house.

then Use the food tracker. input everything that goes into your mouth. stay within your calorie range. watch portion size, keep healthy snacks on hand. apple, celery, etc. exercise. you must burn more calories than you eat.

exercising is key. I hope this helps.

I grew up in the country. Hiking, biking, boating, and camping. Loved them all. As I grew older and graduated from college, started becoming an adult and having no time I stopped doing all that. I can honestly say that since I quit going outdoors I've gained almost 65 pounds. I sit in the house all day and make excuses.

Things changed about 2 weeks ago. My mom came to visit me and took me and my little brother on a kayaking trip. I LOVED IT!! So since then I have planned kayaking trips for the next month, found hiking trails in my area. I'm interested to interact with others who enjoy the good ole outdoors.

I feel like a fire has been relit!!!
