Hi Dutch....welcome to the team :-)

To log any of your fitness/exercise activites, go to "my tools" button, then click on "my fitness"...there you can choose either cardio or aerobic, type in your activity or click on a "browse" button to find that activity....then most have choices such as speed, time spent, etc.... for example, you'll find bike riding under cardio and "other exercises/ cycling".

Hope that helps you with logging your activities....and again, welcome to outdoor people team :-)

Hi from Central California. I am a 69 year young male and have been a diabetic for over 10 years now. I was type II with just pills.. well, I graduated to Insulin now. I am new here obviously and have not found how you log your bicycle time. Any help out there?
I am 5'10" amd weigh 230 so I have to loose at least 30 pounds, this looks like a place where I may be able to do that.
This program seems like a great place. I have several sites where I log my food and exercise.
