Hi guys!

I just joined WW. I have lost 94lbs with SP and my eating is really out of control. So I hope that with the help of WW I can kinda rejuvenate my weight loss journey and really focus on the food part of it all. The last month has been super stressful in my family life and I need that extra accountability to someone besides me and the scale. :-)

I joined the meetings, and my first one will be Monday night.

Hey Yall!! well I started weight watchers on January 3rd, I have been doing fairly well with losing each week.. now its not alot each week but I am losing. I need to figure out how to boost my weight loss and start losing faster I know its better to lose slower it just gets frustrating at time. My weigh in days are on Thursdays! :) I have a wonderful leader who breaks every thing down for you. SO that makes me ten times better! :)

Good Morning
My name is Dimitria(Dimi) I will not say how many times I have joined but that really does not matter. I am currently doing WW on line for now with plans to got to meetings later this year. I started off great but have struggled after the 3rd week sooooo last week I switched to SFT and I must say it was a better week, I will blog about it later. I am 50 yrs old with 2 daughers 15 and 25 and my Yorkie pupster(sasha)

Hi Everybody! emoticon

I have been on WW for 4 weeks and was not seeing very much success after the initial first weeks 7.4 loss. I joined spark to put in one of my menu's to see just how much the fruit was affecting my actual day. i was shocked to say the least when it said I had eaten around 800 calories in fruit alone that one day! That was not counted into my Points. So you see I love to eat fruit alot and when they told me it was 0 points WELL.............

So here i am discovering this site, which by the way is cool, and learning more about food, nutrition and what I am actually doing when i put food in my mouth. Not to mention the fitness!

Well I look forward to hanging out here and meeting all of you!

I made it to life time membership last year then I had to change my group due to my hours at my second job.

It was not the same & I lost interest. Not only did I gain all of the weight back but I also go phanomia twice with in 4 months.

Trying to get myself back on track I realized I was happier when I was going to a certain Weight watcher group & being here at spark.

Lessoning my hours at my second job I am looking forward to seeing the old me back.

I missed the old me.

Hi my name is Des and I joined WW end of January this year. I have recieved my 10 pound ribbin!! only for the next week to gain back 2.6 pounds!! Oh I am still upset about that. Hope that next week on Mondays weighin will be better. My own fault went back to my old ways of not tracking what I ate. And noticed that once I looked back , I did eat a LOT of chips that I know I didn't count out to 14. Hmmp.So this week with new vigor and determination I have re-logged into spark people to get some more motivation and am also reading the Spark. I am going to stay on track this time, and I want to become a lifetime member of WW. I started WW a couple times in the past. Once in 6th grade, and then again a few years back. (only to quit when I only lost .5 of a pound a week.)
I love the new program. I love how fruit and veggies (most of them) are free. Who can get fat off of veggies and fruit right? So this time I am committed. Any and all people that can help me stay motivated are welcome to add me as a friend. Accountablity is what I need. And I will help where I can. emoticon

Happy Hump Day! I'm Kal and I FINALLY rejoined WW yesterday. I have had this team on my list almost since the new program started and just didn't join WW until now. Why do I feel like I'm at an AA meeting? ;/ That said, I am a foodie and I do think that food is my drug. I feed my emotions (all of them) and that is something that I need to resolve. LOVE sparkpeople and honestly I might be able to do it with just spark because you truly can find it all here but for me, I moved to MI from San Diego where I was living a very healthy lifestyle and then came lifestyle changes, life changes and stress, and FORTY # and I don't know anyone still so WW, the Susan B. Komen 3 Day, Tour De Cure MI bike ride are going to get me out and I'm going to meet people so with WW, the cause commitments and spark, how can I lose!!!!! I'm glad to be here and hope to meet and support all of you on this journey we share.

I know nothing about the new program so I am eager to learn. I have to find a meeting and go right away. Curious...does an express symbol (purple circle) mean you go in and weigh and leave and there is no meeting?

Hello! I have been using Spark People here and there and have tried weight watchers once before. I was doing pretty well with it losing 13 pounds in a month and then I got pregnant with my beautiful baby girl and gave up! I am back though and more motivated than ever! I even started a Biggest Loser competition amongst my family last week. Thankful to my commitment to WW I lost 4 pounds last week! I look forward to chatting with many of you and taking advantage of this tool to help me stay on track!

Not new to spark but to this thread. Love the new pp! I've been trying to loses the last ten for close to 5 years. Since jan, lost almost 5 on pp. I'm not cheating as much because I'm full with healthier foods. Instead of a diet, I feel like I've finally found a lifetime eating plan. thrilled. Slow...but steady loss.

Hey, I'm Dakkota. I have been on SP since like last September, and for the longest time I couldn't stick to anything. This past January, I joined WW, and I have lost 11.8lbs in about 8 or 9 weeks. Although I have gained a little bit at times, this is the longest I have stuck to something, and the most weight I have lost in, well, ever :)

Hi my name is Tina. I have been a WW so many times I can't count. I never really commited to the weight loss before.

I have high blood pressure, endometriosis and IBS and need to get the weight off to help control the symptoms.

The points plus program seems real doable. I do it WW online.

I joined the new w.w points plus program,so far i'm down 12lbs in abt 2 and a half months,still trying to get used to new program-with having so many points.I did old w.w program years ago(and lost 70lbs-unfortunately once i went off program-many lbs came back on :( )..I am motivated and excited to do this new program..I also kicked up my exercise routine.Wish me luck!! emoticon

Hi my name is autumn and I have done ww on anf off for a couple of years. I always start and end up quiting before losing a substantial amount of weight I am hoping to stick to it this time and lose to 180 lbs by march 8, 2012!!!
I am going by the momentium program and I do not go to the meeting just use the book because I cannot afford to go. I tried the new program and after 2 weeks did not lose anything and that is why I went back to the old program. So today I am starting over and could use some support!

Hi, my name is Wendy and I am very new to weight watchers for myself. My mom has been a member off and on and I know she has been doing well with the plan the past cple of months and she goes to the meetings.
I am not able to go the meeting there is only one/wk here and just not a good day or time. I did the free wk trial, just not really enough time for all the info, thinking of getting signed for at least the 3 months and really get into it.
I am a mother of 4 boys, 6,9,11,and 14 ... as many of you know, its very hard to get a real meal that is healthy each day for yourself and your family especially constantly on the go with sports activities and my hubby working some later hrs also, the Crockpot has become my friend, still so hard to find new things everyone will eat.
I know this is a Great new program and wondering those who do online if its really worth it, or did i get the enough info from that wk to undertand teh contcept or does the site really help out.
Thank you so much and i cant wait to get on the right track and start a better eating habits for my family...so needed :)

Hi everyone! I've lost 22 pounds with the regular points program before but for whatever reason gained it all back. This time I'm determined to turn it into a L.I.F.E.S.T.Y.L.E. change & stick with it forever. Since I'm in school & not working, I've decided to follow the program on my own & by maybe finding some buddies on here to help me along the way emoticon . Hello, Everyone!

I am so THRILLED to be here! Now, this is what I'm talking about! SUPPORT! I just joined WW on last Thursday. It is also my, um, how many?! Perhaps 4th return to WW. I was successful twice with it, and enjoy playing 'the game', I call it, with the counting of points, etc. I love to play games! So, that's why I am truly optimistic that it will work....this time. The other times I joined and dropped out. Wasn't ready. But I know I'm ready now. READY TO SHED MY FAT SUIT and enjoy the spring/summer months ahead. Hi WW friends! I joined WW last week. It is the 3rd time I have joined. I was not that successful in the past because I was not that commited to doing it ( I would go with my mom or my friends) as their support system. 'This time I decided to go for me! I am 37 years old and am currently in treatment for breast cancer. I did pretty well through chemo and radiaion seems pretty managable so far. I gained almost 20 pounds during chemo and feel so sluggish and uncomfortable. I am excited to start this new process and am glad i found this team!

I am on week 2 of WW. I did WW many times before with pretty good success. My best effort gave me a 40lb loss a couple years ago. I am ready to give it another go. This time...I am doing WW online and using my iphone app to track my points..an new tool for me.

Hi Vicky, I just joined WW on-line yesterday and they have a special going right now that waves the sign up fee when you buy the 3 month program. It runs through 3/12. Just thought I'd let you know while the special is running so if you decide to do it you can get in on the savings. Deanie

Hi, I am Laura. 3 wonderful daughters. Happily married. Have 3 silly cats and 1 nutty dog :) My mom and I joined WW almost 2 weeks ago. My first weigh in I lost only 2 pounds. I was discouraged at first, but then I thought it was 2 pounds I won't see again. Trying to stay positive. I think that this WW way of life might be one of the better decisions I have ever made. Hi, I'm Kimberly. I'm 42 and married (5-1/2 years) to the best guy ever. We have three small dogs and a cat. I work in the IT department of a health care organization. I can't even remember how many times I've joined WW. I am really liking the new plan though. (Kind of scary to have to wipe my memorized Points values though...) I've pretty much cut out the senseless empty carb munching. I have a mini fridge under my desk at work for fruit and diet pop. :) I've got a LOT to lose but I know I will get there.

Hello, My name is Belinda. I am new to weight watchers. Its been one week and 2 days for me. This is actually the first time that I have taken time to learn to eat right and actually not doing a crash diet or starving myself to lose the weight that goes off and right back on. Hi everyone I've been on ww in the past and done mostly online but late last year joined monthly pass because I found I was cheating myself all the time by changing my weigh in dates if I went negative and just not being as honest as I'd like. I got through the holidays losing 5 lbs and the kind of stayed in that stalled spot so I started using sparkpeople along with ww and my brain body connection seems to be clicking lately.

I'm glad I found this group of other ww'ers out there.

hi everyone, just joined the team and so glad to have found it. I joined ww several years ago and did real well so i have come back to what works best for me. I am so excited about the new points plus system and i am doing ww online. emoticon

I'm Karen, I have done WW before and it works for me. I'm starting again and am trying to use more discipline to stay with it this time. Looking forward to participating in the forum.

Hello,

My name is Jazz, I just signed up with Weight Watchers today. emoticon . I have used the Point sysem last year and had lost 30 pounds, but I got lazy, stopped tracking, and let the congrats from people on my weight loss go to my head. But, its a new year and I am a year older, its time for me to get serious.

Hi my name is Joy. I have joined weight watchers on Jan 24th, and to date, I have lost 7 lbs, and I weigh in on Wednesday.. I just found W8Watchers Friends on here, so I thought I would join, and gain more support from others on spark people, since I can't do the WW online.. so here I am.. Nice to meet you all! Hey! My name is Sarah and I did WW years ago. Never officially but just used the info that my mom had. I'm almost at my goal weight and thought WW would help me get those last few pounds which I know are so much to do with my diet. I love my workouts so this is the last piece for me...

I do have to say today was day 1 online and I was a little nervous that the amount is too low for me. I'll have to feel it out as I do pretty good workouts and strength training so I need the balance of losing weight but also fueling my body to workout...

Hello all.....been there, done that a hundred times. Back at it again, just joined again last Monday. Still trying to figure out the new PointsPlus program as the old points are still stuck in my head! Hello Team, I thought I would join here also...I am not new to sparks but I am new here to
this team...My name is "B0BBi" and I have been here since 2006 but left and came back several times so anyway I love sparks they are like family to me and hubby "RATDAR4"
anyway I have been having alot of problems due to me walking or doing my exercises which
I do my bed exercises...For the one's that know me know that I am disabled and am on a walker now because of me coding @ the hospital anyway I will hope that this team can help me I have a hernia and they cannot fix it until my electrolytes are where their suppose to be
@ then I am hoping that I can get it done...I am married to the love of my life of 14yrs in may
and we have our world tipped upside down with many problems and I wanna lose my weight
as I have in the past...I am 5'3 and weigh in @ 370 lbs with many health problems which I
wanna get rid of please...So I will see if this team will work for me lol:)

I am doing this for health issues...
I am sick and tired of being "FAT" or Obese...
Nothing fits me anymore ugh...
I feel awful and I cannot do things because of my knees and bad back...
My knees are bone to bone and they crunch on me and hurt so bad...
I am willing to give this team a try lol...

Sometimes I just feel like giving up but that won't work because I love my sparkspeople...


Well time will tell in a week wish me luck team.
