HI!!! ohhh i would LOVE to see lucky lass!!! Good to have you with us!! if i can help let me know!! I own a small bakery and have lots of ways to make things more healthy....for a starter use phyllo instead of pie crust for your pies..better yet make small tarts with them!! they are wonderful and dont have all the fat!!

Hello everyone! I recently joined spark and this group so I thought I would stop by and say hello and tell you a bit about myself. I am 27 years old and living in Ireland. Just last month I celebrated 3 years of being married to my amazing husband. I have always been heavy, ever since I hit puberty. I have a lot of travel related goals that I would like to see through before we settle down to have a family. None of that will happen while I'm 277 pounds. I've set myself a "small" goal of being under 200 pounds by next year. My reward for that is a couple of days camping in Yosemite! I love baking. I love cookies, and pie. I'm not so much a fan of cake anymore. I also have a wonderful bread machine and love making my own bread. Our favorite is adding sunflower seeds, onion slices and peppadews. I think if I let him my husband would eat a whole loaf of it before its even done cooling. I'd like to be able to continue our baking during all of these life changes which is why I've joined. Looking forward to meeting you all!
