We can always add a little healthy stuff to our baked goods. We can add wheat flour and subtract some of the white flour that a recipe calls for, we can add wheat germ, or flaxseed, and we could sweeten with honey rather than sugar. I do stuff like that when I bake breads in my bread oven quite often. Hope that helps!
