Welcome back! I'm trying to get back to SP, but I think using the Android phone doesn't allow me to access the full feature of SP....I think. Going to try to be better about logging.

wanted to say hello again to everyone. I am hoping to log back in and get going. Things have been pretty tough for me weight/exercise wise. Certainly not happy with the direction I have been going in, especially of late. But I am looking to get back into things and do even better than before.
