hey, it can be done my friend! start with simple healthier swaps and get out there walking or whatever is possible for you. simple steps ad up to big results when you are consistent
I am really tired of being overweight. I have always been a "husky" but it seems to really be adding up more and more these days. I live in the suburbs of Baltimore, Maryland and am 51. Between sitting at a desk and commuting 50 minutes twice a day, my sedentary ways are packing it on (not to mention the beer and bourbon!). So - I am going to really give this a shot and I try to drop 50 lbs.
