You can do this .... you CAN do this!!!

Just start off with baby steps, changing only one or two things and allow your mind/body to get used to the changes before adding something else to the mix.

I have always weighed all of my food for increased accuracy, and entered it into the nutrition tracker. By doing that we are able to tweak our diet as and when necessary to ensure that we meet our various goals.

Hi, I really have been a member since I was age 64 and am now 71. I really haven't done much on the site but would like to become a regular and get back to my "healthy weight". I felt so much better then and would like your encouragement to get me back there! Let's do this!!
