Hello~ My name is Autumn. I am 23 years old, and currently, weigh 237 pounds. I've done every diet under the sun, completely changing what I eat to lose weight. Obviously, I relapse quick and HARD. But, for the past 3 weeks, I've been slowly transitioning to healthier foods, no fast food/processed food, and I've been feeling so much better physically and mentally. I found I have gluten intolerance/allergy as I feel like CRAP if I touch it... it was also the reason why it was so hard to breathe for a while. Now, I hope that with this community I can meet people with similar struggles and hopes to be a better person. Sorry for the long intro!
