Do chair exercises bother your back too much? This takes time, you have to find things that can work for you. Even getting in short workouts can still help you, it doesn't have to be all or nothing.

I am in need of some kind of emotional support. I am in month 6 ( really 8 since my first surgery). I gained 20 lbs my first surgery in June of 2017 and an additional 20 lbs after my second surgery in August. I have rods from T6-L3. I stay completely exhausted all of the time and am in peri-menopause. I ate great for 2 months to try and take some weight off but I only lost 5 lbs in two months. I?m so frustrated, I feel like I?m in a Catch 22 where, I have to spend all day in my back brace (same one I had surgery in 8 months ago). I cannot loose weight by diet alone but cannot really be physical and I used to be so physical. I so need to get some stress off of my spine and knees without causing damage to my spine. I stay in pain.....and any sort of exertion makes me bust out sweating and my heart is racing after walking 100 ft. My surgeon said I could still be anemic due to the two transfusions I had but how I long to walk, Not sweat, not be breathless, and have some bust of energy right now. I am a hot mess and need help!!!
