Hi I'm Maria, I'm, 47. I quite smoking Dec 3 2016. A few weeks later I started walking a couple days a week. I do yoga and heavy bag at home. i don't care for gyms and need to work out on my schedule. I recently realized that I was eating way way over the recommended daily amount of carbs. I decided to jump start my weight loss this week. I read a lot and keep seeing this garcinia cambrosia and apple cider vinagar everywhere. So I started that yesterday with a low carb low sugar diet. I'm only doing this for 1 week. But I've been starting my day with a glass of water with 2 teaspoons apple cider vinagar. I had bought a product called Jenesis from a beefit rep. last spring. after a week I got the stomach bug from working with kids and stopped taking it. So I started it up again. I think it works great. I don't plan on buying another bottle. But I have to say the results so far are great. according to everything I've read using garcinia cambrogia with apple cider vinagar is the fastest way to flush fat out of your body. The last article I read said you could lose up to 7 lbs a day if you followed their diet. I know that is mostly water weight and it's not good to lose it that fast. But I did lose 4 lbs my 1st day and I'm pretty happy with that. I'm eating really healthy but I need to find some recipes.
