Hello, I am Elsa. This is the first time I do something like this so I am not sure how it goes. I need to lose weight. I want to lose weight. However, I am succumbing to temptations. I am also dealing with a very slow metabolism because I am going through a medical induced menopause. I work out 3 to 4 times a week for about 45 minutes, mostly cardio. I do not think exercising is my problem, eating is my problem. Any words of encouragement are appreciated.
