Hello I am new here and I would like to have some movitation to return to wieght lose.. I had accident that broke my back 15 months ago and I have gained a major amount of weight since then I was 150 now I have gained aleast 50 pounds since then I have alot pain when I do anything major so hard to get into the mood to get up each day I know that I am not helping myself by being sitting around on the couch in my misery
I would love to have some feed back to help me get started
