emoticon What work for me is starting at journal. It give you a clear picture of what you are eating as well as how much you are eating and when you are eating it. Exercise also is very import in losing weight. Good luck and make it fun

Blessings to you all, my name is Kelly . I am so overwhelmed. I was doing Weight Watchers and it works being on disability I cant afford it. I know its baby steps and such but I see the whole picture. I gotta lose 88lbs and to me that just seems impossible. I love sweets and eating late. I swim and walk but its my eating habits. My friend from childhood was on here a few years ago and she lost I want to say over 100lbs. She had mentioned this place. I dont know how to get started. I dont know how to do this. I need some pointers, support, and those who have been there. God Bless you all and thank you. PS: I want to for me not for anyone else. To be healthy and move around more. For self confidence. I know that will help so much . I have been over weight for 15 yrs. I want a new Kelly a healthy Kelly, a happy Kelly.
