I am a 40+ single mother of 3 wonderful children. I need to lose more than a few pounds, and in general just need to be more active, as I have a sit down job... Overall, me and my children are looking to make healthier life style changes. I suffer from a few mild conditions, that are most likely fixed by making better choices and exercising more. If you have any suggestions you'd like to share, I'm willing to take the advice :)
