emoticon emoticon Take it one day at a time and what got me going was to journal everything it did..from eating, exercising and feelings. I even listed 5 things I like about myself in the moment and put it on my mirror. Take small steps to get to the big goals.

Hello I am a 20 year old college student who is overweight and has pre-diabetes. I am wanting to lose 95 pounds this year. I need constant support and motivation from someone who is willing to help me.
