Hi,

My names Sonja and I am new to spark, I am from the Hawkes Bay in New Zealand. I have allergies to wheat, egg, dairy and soy so my diet is difficult at times. Went through a bad patch recently and put on even more weight not to mention having a pretty upset system. My goal with spark is to lose weight but I'm also hoping that tracking my food will help me stay within the bounds of my allergies as well.
