Hello Infinity327 and welcome to the team. Go to the top of the SparkPeople page an put your mouse pointer on the item called "My Trackers". Click on "my Nutrition" and this will bring you to a page labeled "Track Your Food". Enter the foods in the box called "what did you eat' and click "search". Calories and other nutritional information will be provided.

An egg is around 63 calories bread is about 40 to 50 calories a slice

Hi. I'm new to this post. I am wondering how I can count calories. For instance, I had one boiled egg and a piece of white wheat toast this morning. How many calories is this and how do I gage my calories for future meals? Do I have to follow the meal plans exactly?
