Hi everyone! I am a 46 year old Mother of triplet girls in their second year of college. I had a very busy 19 years and now I am taking time for myself to get more healthy. I like to read horror books and watch movies and all that CSI stuff. I joined a gym and went on and off for about a year. I start strong with everything and then stop so I need motivation to keep going. I never had to work out before and now all of a sudden I gained 20 pounds! Mostly interested in losing by stomach that is where most of the weight went so tired of the muffin top so any advise is greatly appreciated.
