I everyone as a Newbie I am excited to be a new member. I start the summer doing very well (lost 12 lbs.) however, my allergies fared and I had to adjust the medication (allergic to all grass and most trees). After getting back on track I have now developed a heal spur (ouch!!!). Since I love to walk, this is a serious problem. I have been instructed by the Podiatrist to not walk and to exercise my foot. :(
