I put a message already somewhere so if you see me twice Im sorry. Im 50 pounds overweight and 58 felling like 85! Trying to do the strength exercises to start slow, I new I was out of shape but I had not idea. doing them has made me feel like a limp noodle my muscles are so weak, but im going to keep doing them cause obviously I need them badly. Just want to start feeling better and have more energy. Living a little longer has its pluses too. Good Luck everyone.
