There are so many resources on Spark People. I found when first starting that tracking my food really helped me to see just how much I was eating. I used the Spark tracker and entered all my foods. Take it one day at a time and don't try to over do it. It all takes time and we all fall and then get up again. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and if you do like them try adding one thing to begin with.

I am excited to be a part of spark people.(first day) I need to loose about 100lbs to make me more healthier. would really love to have any information that can help me.
