emoticon to Sparks People. Go to the Start Page and just start learning the site. Also under My Tracker My Spark Points that should also help guide you in the right direction. This is an awesome site and so many resources. Just take it one day at a time, and like the previous member stated start with baby steps. emoticon

Hi - just take your time to find your way around and familiarize yourself with what is on offer.

Don't try to change too much, too soon. It is recommended using baby steps - this means changing only one or two things at a time, perhaps one nutritional and one mobilization.
