I know how you feel. I used to keep track of my monthly weightloss on the kitchen calendar but I stopped because my husband is excellent with remembering numbers and he would bring up to me my whole years record of weightloss failures. He was trying to be motivational but it just really made me feel bad. He exercises and eats about the same diet I do but the weight doesn't seem to stick to him like it does me. I keep my weight to myself now and just keep trying. I need to lose this weight. I am in my 50's. I now have high blood pressure and not great knee joints. I don't feel like quitting is an option.

Hello, I've tried Spark before, but had a hard time keeping up with calorie counting. I lost 40 lbs doing South Beach, then about a year later we moved and I got out of my exercise routine, gained it all back, so been pretty hard on myself. This time has been harder than last. I'm trying to find something that works for me - tweaks in my lifestyle, without anything dramatic. I don't eat a ton, but I absolutely love food and often make bad food choices. I do light exercise, but am often exhausted from my day of work, having 2 young kids, and being a Girl Scout troop leader. My hubs does weight loss with me - and of course is very successful, which is awesome for him, but again, makes me beat myself up even more. I could use some help. Other mom's out there in the same boat that have had success, please send your tips on how to use this program more effectively, or what's worked for you. Thank you :)
