Well, emoticon Carol and emoticon to SparkPeople Land!

SP Land is a good place to get your temple in order! There is so much, to do here, that I can't see you getting bored, as each little thing you do, keeps you heading to your next mini goal! You're right about tracking your food and your exercise. I remember when I first came to SP Land and started tracking, I was consuming more than 4,000 calories a day! I knew I needed to do something and do it now! So I prayed, and God got involved and the rest is history! The bottom line is this Carol, "If you WORK the PLAN, the PLAN will WORK!" You can't give a more true statement than that! Come on and join us and get those extra lbs. off of you! We're all here for the same reason, so just SHOUT when you need help. If there is anything I can do, just HOLLER and I'll do the best I can to give you a HAND UP!

Have tried every diet, every fad, but doctor said, "You're getting old enough, now, that the things you got away with in the past will no longer work. I'm hear to help you get healthy." So...that is my resolution, to journal my food, to keep checking for updates and info on SparkPeople, and to get healthy.
