Well, emoticon G2MAMA and emoticon to SparkPeople Land!

SP Land is a good place to get your temple in order! There is so much, to do here, that I can't see you getting bored, as each little thing you do, keeps you heading to your next mini goal! I suggest that the first thing you do is track your food and your exercise. I remember when I first came to SP Land and started tracking, I was consuming more than 4,000 calories a day! I knew I needed to do something and do it now! So I prayed, and God got involved and the rest is history! The bottom line is this G2MAMA, "If you WORK the PLAN, the PLAN will WORK!" You can't give a more true statement than that! Come on and join us and get those extra lbs. off of you! We're all here for the same reason, so just SHOUT when you need help. If there is anything I can do, just HOLLER and I'll do the best I can to give you a HAND UP!

Hi!, I am a stay at home mom of 2, with 3 step children (grown). I am trying to lose 10 more pounds, I've lost 8 so far! WE have horses and love to ride, I enjoy cooking and spending time with my family. My biggest challenge is eating when I'm tired and anxious. I still get up a lot during the night with our toddler and feel tired very often! I am starting the year out very positive and hope to find some encouragement here to meet my weight loss goal and maintain a healthy weight!
