How about spinach, kale, broccoi and collard greens? They are low in calorie and add great flavor to salads and so forth. :)

How do you guys get enough calcium into your diet? I take a multivitamin, have a cup of milk with breakfast everyday, and usually some LF cheese, yogurt, or cottage cheese. My nutrition tracker keeps coming up low on the calcium - about75 when I'm supposed to have 120. Any ideas on how to add calcium (without too many calories) to my diet?
