Hello and welcome. One of the beauties of a whole food diet is you never need to exclude any particular food group. It just helps you to eat cleaner and eliminate processed foods and you get rid of all those preservatives that do our body no good at all. Good luck with all of your goals.

Hi all. I am trying to clean up my eating habits. I found out recently that I have polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), and one of the dangers of this is insulin resistance and subsequent type two diabetes. I am about 60 pounds overweight. I have been eating almost exclusively whole grains for about two weeks now, and am already down a pound. I am not interested in excluding any food group from my diet, but do want to eat more whole foods, and less processed. I really need a coach to help with this, any takers?
