hey name is mandy. I am new to a plant based diet (lifestyle change) I hate the word diet :) and would love some support. originally from the south where if it isn't fried, its not normal. I am having a difficult time setting up my nutrition tracker here on spark people due to the fact that I have very strict dietary restrictions. I am 1 year post op from a gastric bypass so my nutrition is a little different than most. I find my body is happier sticking to vegetarian/Vegan cooking. I can not handle dairy at all. any suggestions? thanks for your time!
