Quinoa is a great source of protein - it's quick to cook (less time than rice) and has a nice nutty flavor.

I checked for a blog post on 11/11/10 but didn't see one - Hope this helps even with your diet restrictions. :)

Made my way to single digit sizing one veggie at a time. :)

Hi! I'm new here. I'm not getting enough protein, BUT, I have a lot of health issues & challenges that make it even more difficult. I've listed my restrictions/criteria on my blog entry today, so if anyone here wants to be super helpful, could you go read my blog and see what you can come up with? I know I'm just not thinking of something (brain fog), and I bet you smarties can come up with some amazing ideas!!!! Thanks in advance for any help!

Look ahead, not back. ...Eating more than you planned or wanted is in the past. Itís what you do next that matters!!!
