Hi Jill,Welcome.Sorry,but no knowledge of what you asked about.What plan or "diet"(I hate that word),are you following if any?Maybe you could try a detox day.I found one in the book that I am reading and I liked it.It's not hard on your system,if you know what I mean.Then there is an 8 week plan that goes with it.That's what I'm doing now.I started it on Feb.3,and have lost 29 lbs,and I feel great.I had a very bad sinus problem with alot of mucous for 4 1/2 months.Four days after starting it,the mucous was gone.Sorry I couldn't help with your question.
