Thanks darling! Well, you should get all the credit because you are the one who gently nudged me into the right direction. I've been thinking about it for months and getting frustrated at the lack of activity here, but I didn't request to be co-leader until you suggested it. :-) I hope I can breathe new life into our Sparkteam!

Hi everyone! My name is Susan and I am the new co-leader of our "We Love Nia" Sparkteam. A bit about me....well....I'm 33 years old, originally from New Jersey, recently engaged to a handsome and amazing Army staff sargeant and I love Nia! I earned my White Belt in February of 2010 and started teaching this past Januray. Right now, I have two classes, but I'm always looking to expand and bring Nia to more and more people. Next year I'll be relocating to Oklahoma (my fiance is being transferred), so I'm hoping to bring Nia to the Army base and the local yoga studios, dance studios and gyms in the area. I teach Zumba as well and I am a certified health coach and AFAA certified group instructor. So, if anyone has any questions about fitness, nutrition, supplements, Nia (of course), etc, please feel free to post.
I know in the past that this Sparkteam hasn't been too active, but I want to change that. I'd really like to get our group more involved so we can support each other and help each other on our journey to health and wellness. Let's get posting and get to know eachother!
