Hi Carollee and welcome!!!

I had my meniscus removed (was supposed to be a repair the guy was NOT looking out for my best interests) and went bone on bone for 13 years, wearing bits away so when i have my replacement the GREAT surgeon that did it was totally aghast at the amount of pain i'd been having. guess you just get used to it?
anyhow. do you have a PT? what does your doctor say?
I did walking, and chair exercises. and faithfully did the knee strengthening exercises given to me by my PT..and they helped immensely.

My mom got me a gorgeous one and i used it at school when i was 40..noone thought it was anything but a pretty accessory. I took it and used it at Disney for my once in a lifetime trip. it was a lifesaver!!

I am 61 years old and have osteo and psoriatitic arthritis, I had to have some of my meniscus removed in June and was told it was bone on bone. So I am looking for some motivation and ideas on exercise!
