make sure your breakfast has protein. pick out 3 snacks that you will allow yourself. make the choice what to eat. Eat consciously.

Looks like I'm new and blew it already, had breakfast and then two snacks already and it's not even lunch, one of the snacks was a slice of pizza I made, grandma's recipe, then two cookies I made yesterday. But, I did walk on the treadmill, so I have to get some good feedback from that.
