Keep on Sparking Ressiecup and you will get there. Can't believe we have all been members since 2007. I have been off and on the past 4 years. I am working at my plan now but it is a struggle.

Don't sit around waiting for enought energy to get going. Get yourself moving and you'll create the energy necessary to keep you in motion. Do yu just not feel like doing anything? That's the time when you can make the biggest positive differnece for yourself by going ahead and taking action anyway. Hey my name is Teresa. When I signed up for this before I was weighing bout 350. Then I was 333 due to going to a weightloss doctor I am now down to 273. I would like to get down bout 73 more pounds. For now i want to try bout 20/25 pounds. Wish me luck.
