SPARK NAME: multimediakt

Name: Kevin

Age: 30

Birthday: January 14

Marital Staus: Happily Married (or so she tells me :)

Children: none as of yet. still reading books on that.

Where do you Live: Virginia

Hobbies: my own sports radio show, sports, music and housework.

Tell us about yourself: I use to play professional soccer in 1997-2000 weighing roughly 160lbs at 4-5% body fat, but since then I've been in a downward spiral of weight gain. or it is an upward spiral? I joined a couple years ago at a coworker recommendation and really couldn't keep up with my work/travel schedule, marriage and the normal lame excuses (chasing the cat around the house, showering, eating, digging random holes in the backyard). I saw a picture of myself this Christmas and my work pants at my new job, I can't button them. People also started talking about my weight in a negative light which was a first for me and hurt deep. I knew I had to change something for my wife and future children. I would really like some encouragement, since any former pro athlete knows, its hard to see yourself and feel this way.

Thanks for everything in advance and I'm here to help in anyway I can!
