I layer 2 very firm support no wire bras - no sport bras were up to the task. It's not perfect, but so far I haven't had any back pain (or black eyes). emoticon

Good for you! I too need to get going with the program and have kept putting it off (I have been sporadically attending Zumba and Bodypump). So I will look for your progress on the weekly boards and you look for mine! It's just putting one foot in front of the other, we can do it! Even if I have to repeat some weeks to work up my fitness it will be worth it in the long run!

I just read a 5 yr old blog post on not waiting until you lost weight to start running. I actually have a C25K app on my phone, but was going to wait until i lost 50 lbs to attempt it. Then I remembered a quote i had read earlier, "Life is happening now.. not 10 lbs from now. You don't need to be thin to act thing". So at 288 lbs, here I am. I need to make a few preparations before I begin.. most importantly figuring out how to "corral" the girls.. you think leopard print duct tape could be considered a fashion statement?? See you at the finish line! emoticon
