I just started and am going slow. Furthest I went last week in 30 minutes was about 1.7 miles.

Diagnosed with breast cancer on 8/19/14; working on a healthy lifestyle every day!

It's not extremely accurate, but NOT including the warm up and cool down, today (Week 6 Day 1) I did about 2.3 miles. With the warm up and cool down (or walk to the car) it was just over 3.3 miles.

Most c25k rely on the 10 minute mile pace. When I am pacing myself about 11-12 min/miles. Though my goal is to be at a 9 minute mile.

It takes me around 37 minutes to run a 5K, so I'm definitely not making it that far in the 30 minutes of the podcast.

Not 5K (3.1 miles). I finished a little while ago, but I did it on the treadmill with the running portions on about 5mph. For the final week, where you're running for 30 minutes, that works out to about 2.5 miles, but I hit about 3.1-3.2 when you include the warm up and cool down. I am probably going to be slower when I transition to outside.

How far are you actually making it doing the 5K program during whatever week you are on?
Week 1:
Day one, 1.7 miles... day 3, 1.9 miles.
I finished week 1 today.
