Welcome to the team, Misha : ) I know exactly how you feel; it took me 6 months to complete my '12 week' C25K programme. A tip I heard was to go to the next workout (which should be harder) and try it for a couple of times, then drop back down to the one you're struggling with. After the harder one it will seem much more manageable. A huge amount of this is getting over the psychological idea that it's too hard and we can't do it, so that must be why it works.

Hey guys!

My name is Misha and I live in Central Texas. I have been doing a C25k program (through an iPhone app called "C25k Free") for a while now. It follows the C25k program set by Cool Runnings.

It took me three weeks, and 8 total runs to finally completed Week 4, and now Week 5 Day 3 (20 minute run) seems extremely hard. I joined this team in hopes I could get advice and meet others that have powered through this week. I just did Week 5 Day 2 (8 min run, 3 min walk, 8 min run), though I didn't completed it and had to take a few breaks.

Anybody else been where I am?
