That's wonderful. Good luck to you. I just signed up for my first ever 5K! I'm only on week 7 and the race is just a week after my potential week 9. I don't care if it takes me an hour. I will be so happy!

Good morning! I am restarting the couch to 5 program this week with some different goals in mind. I've completed several half marathons using interval running, nut my times have gotten slower and slower and slower. My motivation is also sorely lacking.

So I decided I needed a jump start. I'm going to do the C25K program during the week on the treadmill while continuing my longer weekend runs using intervals. My goal is to do the C25K program for distance this time instead of just time, which should translate into faster running intervals on my long runs.

I need this team to help keep me accountable and I also hope to offer lots of encouragement to others.
