Hello to all!..

My name is Maay Live in Minnesota the coldest place on the planet, but I love it. Any ways I am here because I have always wanted to go back to be a runner, (used to be in my teens) (: sadly have gained lots of weight. I am afraid of this program but I will give my all. I am planning on starting on Tuesday just to avoid the obsession of new beginnings on Mondays. I have a treadmill at home as running outside is not an option here in my neck of the woods just too cold. The reason is primarily for health, and to be in a better shape.. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. I am looking forward on meeting new inspiring people.



I Don't only want to loose weight, but i want to gain strength, Confidence, and Power, ofcourse Healthier life style.
